Are there any other sushi lovers out there? I just can’t get enough of it. Once I start eating at Yo! Sushi I just want to grab another dish and try something else. Nothing can stop me ha ha. The menu is always so appetizing and after each visit I have a long list of things I wished I had tried. Ah well, there’s always next time in the world of sushi!
If anyone is like me, you will easily be able to eat endless amounts of yummy sushi, completely forgetting about your bank balance. Well, fear no more, if you’re a STUDENT you can get a whopping 25% off your food bill. Yes, you heard right 25% off. Let’s do the Maths… If you buy £30 worth of food you’ll only have to pay £22.50. Bargain! All you need to do is sign up to their newsletter.
Cambridge Yo! is located in the centre of Cambridge, with views of the Market Square. The General Manager Matt will do all he can to make sure your experience of this Cambridge restaurant is spot on. I love the relaxed vibe in there and the fact that you can do shopping and just nip in to refuel. Plus, the food is incredible!
One thing that I think is great about Yo! Sushi is that it’s menu has been completely thought through and created with everyone in mind. Vegan? Vegetarian? Hate sushi? No problem. With 29 vegetarian dishes, 16 vegan dishes and a Japanese Street Food menu, you can visit here with anyone and everyone is satisfied.
I recently visited with my sister for lunch and tried lots of amazing dishes from different parts of the menu. Some of my favourites were Spicy Chicken Rolls (literally incredible), Salmon Maki Rolls (these are only £2.90 so we kept grabbing loads of these!) and Spicy Pepper Squid (so delicious and part of the Street Food section). I’m also a big big fan of the Chicken Katsu Curry, it’s by far the best one I’ve tried. I also think it’s great that there is unlimited soy sauce, wasabi and pickled ginger that you can help yourself to throughout your meal – heaven!!
So if you haven’t visited before, make sure it’s next on your list. It’s food that can be eaten quickly, so even if you’re in a rush, it’s the place to go! Thanks again to the wonderful Cambridge Yo! for giving us a fab lunch and a sushi craving to come back again. On that note, writing this blog post has made me super hungry, so I’m going to leave you with some food (or sushi) for thought!
Have you been to Yo! Sushi before? What are your favourite dishes?
