Minni&Mo Handmade – Christmas Gift Guide

With it getting closer to Christmas, I thought what better timing than a Christmas Gift Guide. And what’s even better is that all of these gifts are handmade. Yes, you heard right!

This is what I love the most about Minni&Mo Handmade, not to mention the amazing selection of quality gifts they produce. Minni&Mo is an independent gift shop based near Ely, Cambridgeshire owned by Sue Spence and Liz Edwards. It’s great to support local and independent businesses and it’s the perfect time to do so right now. They make wonderful Christmas gifts and also gifts for any occasion so have a browse through this guide and see what catches your eye…

Collages (£45 each)

The collages are so amazing and look great on a wall too! To think each individual piece in the collage has been hand painted is incredible and I just love how cute they are. We have the chicken collage in our hallway and get so many compliments on it! These images are just a few of the collages but there are also plenty of other great ones too.

Candle Frames (from £35 each)

These are so beautiful with the light of the candle but they also look great as a decorative piece. These can be made to order or some will be available at the Christmas Fairs. These look perfect with a plain or scented tea light candle or you could try a pillar style candle with the bigger blackbird candle frame.

Pompom Sheep Wreath/Ring (£17.50 each)

These are so sweet. They come in different styles either Christmas versions or an original one (one in the middle) so you can essentially have them all year round! They come with a handy hooped loop so can be hung wherever you fancy.

Glass Decorations (Suncatchers) (Christmas ones from £15 each. Animal/Bird from £30. Bottom right Hare panel would be made to order at £125)

These can be purchased as Christmas or non-Christmas decorations. The robin decorations are both so sweet, probably because I love seeing Robin’s in the garden and they really remind me of the festive season. I love the green and red in the holly when the light is shining through. The Hare and Kingfisher are also amazing, so much detail and the colours of the Kingfisher are brilliant when the sun shines through. They are made from stained/coloured glass and so much time goes into making each one, especially as they are original designs which is so creative.

Turtle Doves Bauble (£9.50 each)

This is a lovely addition to your Christmas Tree and with such a festive theme too! You could also pop a nail into the edge of the shelf and hang these off there too to add some Christmas decoration round the room.

Tea Cosy’s (£20 each)

Now, if you’re making a pot of tea, the chances are when you come to pour it, a lot of the heat has already escaped. That’s where these beautifully hand made tea cosy’s come in. They keep the teapot insulated so that you can enjoy a nice hot cup of tea. Not just that but they definitely spice up your tea pot too!

Take a look for yourself and get festive!

Minni&Mo Handmade will have some stalls on the below dates, so you can see for yourself how quality and detail in each of these items, not to mention the time that goes into each one.

I’m so sick of seeing the same things in conventional gift guides. It’s lovely to see alternatives, especially handmade ones! The turtle doves are my favourites x
